“Kevin showed up very quickly after my call to the office that my refrigerator was inop. He immediately recognized the issue and had it fixed as soon as he retrieved the part. Absolutely 100% satisfied! The cost was much less than I had expected. I will call them first for ANY appliance problem I have in the future!”

“I made a service call to Ted’s Appliances when my Whirlpool oven would not heat above 275 degrees and the clock locked up. I spoke to Nick, who set up an appointment for a service call the next day. Nick’s Dad, Kevin, came out and checked my oven, found that the temperature gauge had somehow gone from fahrenheit to celsius. He called Nick and the two of them got my clock re-adjusted to fahrenheit and the oven now works fine. I could not be happier with their service and the whole service call cost only $65. I would highly recommend this family-owned business – Ted’s Appliances.”

“I went to A-1 Ted’s Appliances after my washer was making a terrible noise during the spin cycle. My husband loaded the machine on our truck in the morning, and I drove it there to be looked at since he was going to be at work. The owner, Ted was such a nice and helpful man.

I also had my 17-month old daughter with me, and he didn’t flinch or express any sort of annoyance that I had her with me. After I described what was happening when I was washing clothes, he explained there were a few different reasons for the noise and that one reason would be worth repairing and the other would not be due to costs of parts. I paid the in-shop service fee of $25, which is truly a bargain compared to other shops and was told I would be called about the washer. Ted called back to his service guys, and one came up to unload the washer. He was so careful not to cause damage to my truck or washer while removing it. He just really had great customer service.

While there, I happened to glance at a nice refrigerator that caught my eye. I left the shop and went home. By the early afternoon, I received a call from a gentleman named Lonnie, and he explained that my washer was worth repairing. I was so grateful because it was a front loader machine and they are not the cheapest to replace.

They could have easily said it was not worth it and I would have purchased a new machine. Instead, I simply had to pay $65 for the repair! I agreed with the costs and gave the okay to repair. I, then, spoke with my husband about the refrigerator I saw and we agreed to buy it since we needed a new one soon.

I called back to the shop and spoke with Ted about wanting to get the refrigerator as well. He was very nice and offered to deliver the washer with the refrigerator later that afternoon when the washer was complete. My fixed washer and a new refrigerator delivered on that same day? I never write reviews, but to have that sort of service from a business is such a nice change. I had to write about my experience and the great service I received. Thanks, A1 Ted’s Appliances! I will refer you to all my friends and family.”

“Good service. They came and fixed an old refrigerator. Charged me the price they quoted on the phone. I later bought a used larger refrigerator from them. Delivery was on time and careful. I have had no problems with it.”
